Heidi is a corporate and securities attorney at Summit Law Group in Seattle. She has extensive transactional experience in public and private securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions, and regularly represents companies in all stages of development in the medical device, biotechnology, software, e-commerce, security and other high-technology industries. She is a former Chair and President of the MIT Enterprise Forum of the Northwest, and was appointed by the Governor to the Washington State Securities Advisory Committee. Heidi holds a BA in Political Science from Western Washington University, and a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law. In addition to skiing, Heidi’s interests include sailing, running and ballroom dancing.
